Blue Wellness, LLC Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms and conditions before registering for a retreat. By registering, you are accepting all terms and conditions as they are outlined here.

Reservation Policy: All retreat prices listed on the website are current and in U.S. Dollars. To confirm your reservation, you must submit your completed reservation form on the website and pay your initial deposit amount.

​

Deposit Terms: All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost. The remaining balance of the retreat cost must be paid in full (30) days prior to the first day of the retreat.

​

Cancellation by Blue Wellness, LLC: Blue Wellness, LLC reserves the right to cancel any retreat at any time, and for any reason determined at our sole discretion, including too few participants, or the quality and/or safety of the retreat is compromised. At which time, each participant will be reimbursed the total amount paid to date.

Blue Wellness, LLC is not responsible for any travel cost incurred including non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs.

Personal Safety & Insurance: Blue Wellness, LLC recommends that you obtain medical insurance before attending one of our retreats. Please ensure that you have fully read and understand our "Ability Assessment" chart to determine your physical abilities level per retreat (each retreat is assigned a physical ability level and number).

Please seek your doctor's advice before attending one of our retreats.

By registering for the retreat, you certify that you are physically able to attend the designated ability level.

​

Blue Wellness, LLC is not liable for any injuries as a result of participating in the retreat activities or travel to and from retreat activities.
